Parx Materials N.V. releases agenda for Annual General Meeting

ROTTERDAM, 28 April 2023 – Parx Materials N.V. published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on May 19, 2023 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands . The meeting documents are available on Parx Materials’ website (http://www.parxmaterials.com/annual-general-meeting) and consist of: 

1.     Convocation for the AGM, including instructions for attending the meeting and the agenda;

2.     The 2022 annual accounts.
