Saniconcentrates™ are made with the aid of patented innovative techniques that make the surface of the products produced more resistant to the attack by microbes and bacteria. The Parx Plastics materials do not contain nano-material or biocides. The materials received a change on Nano-scale which creates the antiseptic and antibacterial characteristics in a biocompatible way. The development and proliferation of bacteria on the surface of the object are slowed down and the microbes and bacteria count is being strongly reduced by a mechanical/physical action.

Objects and products produced with Sanipolymer™ obtain antiseptic and antibacterial properties proven by test according to ISO 22196 and JIS Z 2801 standard.

    A high-flow food grade material suitable to be blended with most of the the available Tritan grades.

    A normal viscosity, heat stabilized polyamide 12 non-reinforced injection moulding grade.
  • MGC Advanced Polymers Nylon MXD6-S6007
    An easy to combine Nylon-MXD6. Can be combined with other materials for co-extrusion and co-injection molding. Nylon-MXD6 blends with other materials to improve mechanical properties and to achieve greater gas-barrier characteristics.

The Parx Plastics technology is not using heavy metals such as silver, no nano-materials, no biocides, no pesticides, no chemicals like Triclosan, no quaternary salts, etc. We are not using any harmful substances at all. We are merely creating a change in the mechanical/physical properties of the material by using a bodily own trace element.
